Terms of Sale and Delivery

The following conditions apply to:

Hereafter referred to as Mira III

§ 1. GENERALLY

Any delivery between the parties shall take place on the basis of these general terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

§ 2. TICKETS AND PAYMENT

Payment can be made with Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard

Payment must, as far as possible, be made by online payment.

Your payment will be debited from your credit card once the ticket has been shipped.

There will be a smaller number of tickets available for purchase directly on board the boat, where payment can be made with the above card or in cash. These tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and can preferably be booked in advance as we cannot guarantee a seat on board if not booked in advance.

If you have booked the entire ship for a cruise for a closed company, an invoice will be sent by mail (if applicable. ean.nr) just before or after the trip.

Sailing is not subject to VAT.

§ 3. DELIVERY OF TICKETS

Delivery is via direct download and electronic mail in the form of a PDF file (PrintSelf) immediately after payment. The money will be withdrawn to your credit card when the ticket is dispatched.

In the event of loss, replacement tickets may be forwarded, thereby automatically cancelling the original tickets.

§ 4. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

As a customer, you agree that Mira III will store the personal data provided by you in connection with ticket purchases.

We store your information so that we can provide optimal customer service, for example in the event of cancellations.

Mira III does not pass on the information to others.

§ 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RISK OF CANCELATION

Please check the order before payment to ensure against incorrect orders.

The ticket is not replaced upon loss, but can be resubmitted electronically.

The ticket is REFUNDABLE ONLY by Mira III and ONLY in case of cancellation.

Any booking and delivery charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel a trip if less than 15 tickets have been sold, in case of acute illness of necessary crew, in case of technical problems with the ship or if the weather prevents us from being able to complete the trip in a safe and satisfactory manner. It will typically be in case of heavy wind or torrential rain. In this case, you will be contacted by email and text message with information about the refund of the ticket or any offer to complete the trip at another time.

§ 6. RIGHT OF CANCELATION

Note: According to the “Law on Consumer Contracts § 18 para. 12”, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal.

If you have booked the entire ship for a closed event, you have the opportunity to cancel the trip free of charge until 30 days before the tour. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the trip, you will pay half the price and if you have to cancel the trip less than 14 days before the scheduled departure, you will pay the full price.

§ 7. CONTRACT AMENDMENTS

Mira III has the right, at any time, to make changes to the applicable terms and conditions or prices with 30 days' notice.

§ 8. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

The agreement is subject to Danish law. Any disagreement between the parties shall be settled by the Court of Aarhus.
