Cancellation Policy

§ 6. RIGHT OF CANCELATION

Note: According to the “Law on Consumer Contracts § 18 para. 12”, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal.

If you have booked the entire ship for a closed event, you have the opportunity to cancel the trip free of charge until 30 days before the tour. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the trip, you will pay half the price and if you have to cancel the trip less than 14 days before the scheduled departure, you will pay the full price

In case of too few enrollees, or strong winds (mean winds of more than about 7-9 m/s or gusts over 11-15 m/s (a special assessment in individual cases), the trip is cancelled and payment returned.
